No, this is a game for humans.  Its great for families or people who are looking to get a dog or who are already dog owners, love dogs or can't have dogs due to allergies.

It is a minimum of 2 players, we have done it for a maximum of 6 player.  Actually, there is no maximum number of players.  You could have 10, 15 players playing individually on the board all at the same time.  It would be absolute mayhem but really great fun! 

There is no need for teams and you can play with an odd number of players.  

The more players the more fun and stretegic the game becomes

Yes! It is really quick to learn the rules.  It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get the hang of the game.  The Instruction book is 5 pages with the middle section being a quick reference guide.  

There are also short videos on the website showing how to play and win the game

It depends on how many players there are and which rules you want to play as there are two options of how to end / win the game.  Usually the game take between 60 and 90 minutes to play.

Once you have at least 1 Paw Token and the right amount of Treat Tokens you can make your way to the Trophy on the board (without losing any Treats) and answer a Question from one of the 4 categories to win.  If you get the answer correct you have Won the Dog Toy Trophy.  If you get it incorrect there are two options:

You remain on the Trophy and answer a question on your next go to try and win before an oppondent wins.

Or

If you answer incorrectly you lose all your Treats and you have to continue playing, gaining more Paw Tokens and Treat Tokens to try and win before another player does.

There are 36 questions in each Category.  You only need 1 Paw Token in each colour.  If you landed on a Paw colour you already have you do not get a question.

To go through all the questions, 6 people would need to play the game 6 times and gain a Paw from each Category to have gone through all the queations once.

Around the outside, you move in one direction clockwise.

Once in the Forest you can go in any one direction in your go.

There isn't another game on the market like this one.  It is a Unique game.  I created this game based on my knowledge of board games AND based on walking dogs off-lead in the forest.

No, all the questions are multiple choice.  Some are easier than others, depending on how much you know alreqdy.  The questions are designed to make you want to know more and understand your dog / dogs better.

Yes!  As its not a game everyone has played or a remake of another game, everyone is on a level playing field when playing the game.  This makes it great for Games Nights, Board Game cafes, families with teenagers, for people who are non-gamers, games for people who don't like party games as the game is based 100% on real life.

During and After the Pandenic, so many people got a dog but were not sure about the amount of work involved in having and caring for a dog, I decided to create a game to help people understand their furry family member better in a fun way that they and children didn't feel like they were wrong, and learning without realising.  

The game was created and funded by Catherine Adams, a  professional Dog Walker, Doggy Daycare and Home Boarder.  I established my dog walking business January 2019 and current run a 5 Star business, highly regarded in the Industry.

It was a huge learning curve creating a board game.  I did try Kick Starter but I am not good at self promotion, so ended up completely self funded.
