  Catherine has been running her successful Dog Walking, Doggy Daycare, and Home Boarding business since 2019. Holding a prestigious 5-Star Home Boarding License, she provides a safe and loving environment for up to eight dogs at a time. A lifelong dog and cat owner, Catherine has dedicated her career to understanding canine behaviour and building strong, positive relationships between pets and their families.

She has completed multiple qualifications with The Dog Training College, gaining expertise in best practices for training and care. Known locally for her calm confidence, Catherine can walk her pack of dogs off-lead with ease—often drawing admiration from passers-by for their impeccable behaviour.

Her devotion to animals goes beyond business. When three of her client dogs faced being surrendered to a rescue centre, Catherine couldn’t bear to see their hearts broken. Despite the impact on her income, she adopted all three, giving them a permanent, loving home.

Throughout her life, Catherine has embraced many different roles and careers. She has worked as a Personal Assistant, IT Training Consultant, Teacher of English as a Foreign Language, Scuba Diving Instructor, Commercial Boat Captain, Pharmacy Dispenser, and Facilities & Operations Manager for EMEA, to name just a few. This breadth of experience has shaped her into a resilient, resourceful person with a wealth of knowledge to share.

Inspired by her experiences during the pandemic, Catherine decided to channel her expertise into a creative project: a board game that brings together fun, learning, and her passion for dogs. Designed to help owners better understand their furry companions, the game is truly “Life in a Box”—a playful reflection of Catherine’s journey, expertise, and love for animals.

When she’s not caring for her pack, Catherine can be found chatting with dog owners, offering helpful tips, and encouraging stronger bonds between people and their pets.
